Welcome to the Central Career Circuit website!! The Central Career Circuit (formerly known as Employment Assistance Services) is a program sponsored by the Labrador Friendship Centre to deliver employment counselling services to unemployed individuals in the Upper Lake Melville area. You are considered an unemployed individual if you are working less than 20 hours per week or not working at all.

The Employment Assistance Services Project is made possible through funding from the Department of Advanced Education and Skills.

Please note the new deadlines for NL Skills Development applications :
    

For programs starting between April 2, 2012 and August 24, 2012 - March 2, 2012 deadline

**It is recommended that you contact us by February 22, 2012 to ensure sufficient time to complete your application**
 

For programs starting between August 27, 2012 and October 12, 2012 - July 6, 2012 deadline

**It is recommended that you contact us by June 22, 2012 to ensure sufficient time to complete your application**
